The 13th Arrupe Memorial Lecture of XISR was organized, Mar 21, 2018 at Gandhi Museum, Patna. The lecture on “Emerging Challenges of Education in Bihar” was given by former director of AN Sinha Institute of Social Studies, Prof D. M. Diwakar and the session was presided over by Prof Arun Kamal of Patna University, a Sahitya Academy Awardee. Welcoming the participants, the Director of XISR, Dr. Jose Kalapura spoke about the contribution of Arrupe, the former Jesuit Superior General, and on XISR’s research programs and publications.
